Checking in on the dashboard can provide insight on which numbers are flagged, but you may need to pull reports for your team as well...
In order to begin pulling reports, first, head on down to the "Exports" section within your left side navigation bar. This is under the Phone Numbers section.
Next, find which export you may need. We have support for many different types, depending on the data and information you're looking for.
- Account Snapshot
- This provides an overview of the metadata and information about your numbers. You can see the description, line type, the carrier that may own the number, call group, and Do Not Originate status. While you can see how many total services have flagged you per each number, we do not recommend this for understanding the phone number reputation.
- Reputation Report
- This report provides you with information on which phone numbers have been flagged by who, including additional context from each third party (such as Category and Service Score). You'll also get information on when the number was added, last time it was flagged, and more information related to the reputation.
- DC Log Export (For Device Cloud / Device Cloud + Managed Remediation Customers only)
- The DC Log Export is a part of our Device Cloud offering. This export in particular is useful if you would like information on how your CNAM (Caller NAMe) is appearing to those you call. You'll get reports of each screenshot we've taken, the text we've found from your CNAM, device and carrier that the scan was ran upon, and the Device Cloud Test ID (for diagnostic purposes). You may see multiple occurrences for the same phone number in the same day as this is a report of each scan on each device for each carrier (for example, your number could be scanned with TMobile and Verizon on iOS and Android, which would amount to 4 events for the same number).
- Service Log Export
- The Service Log Export will provide to you a log of each result, flagged or not, from each service provider we scan with. Through this, you can export a timeline of results to see which service provider flagged you, when, and the details regarding the event.
Account Snapshot
In the Account Snapshot window, there are two sections to configure your export. The left side will be your filters to refine down what data you'd like to export and the right side will be which columns you need to hide or show from the export.
For example, if you'd like to hide any Archive columns, you would uncheck "Archive" and "Archive Date". If you'd like to only show clean numbers, you can click into "Flags" on the right and select "Not Flagged".
Filter Modifications:
- Select Phones
- This will allow you to select specific phones if you'd rather see information only from those lines.
- Call Group
- If you'd like to pull data from a specific group of numbers you have configured, clicking here will show you all call groups. If you do not have any configured call groups but would like to create a few, see Edit/Delete Call Groups.
- Phone Number Added Date
- This will be for the date in which you added the phone number to your account. This is not for when the number was flagged/unflagged.
- Flags
- Through this, you can select only flagged or clean (Not Flagged) numbers. If you'd like to see information on your numbers regardless of the flag status, click "All".
- Phones Status
- This filter is used if you've deleted numbers previously and would like historical information from previous numbers as well as your active pool. If you'd only like to see whats currently in your account, click "Active Phone Numbers"
Reputation Report
Similar to Account Snapshot, you'll have your left side for filter modifications and right side for column changes.

Commonly Asked Questions
- I just want to export Flagged/Clean numbers. How do I do this?
- There are two solutions to this. Either one will work for you & your account:
- Solution A: If you head to Phone Numbers > Manage Numbers, in the top right will be an Export button. Clicking this will bring several buttons including "Flagged" and "Not Flagged". Once clicked, you'll see a new Export queued in the Exports page. The download link will be available once it has been processed.
- Solution B: Under the Exports page, if you click into Reputation Report, you'll see the "Flags" dropdown. Click into here where you can filter by Flagged/Not Flagged numbers. Once you click "Create", the export will be queued and available for download shortly after.
- There are two solutions to this. Either one will work for you & your account:
- I filtered my numbers in Manage Numbers and attempted to export, but received incorrect information.
- When applying certain filters in the Search & Filters section of Manage Numbers, you'll need to click "Exports" > "Current View" in order to export what you currently see. If you'd like to export flagged/not flagged numbers from the current search you're seeing, you'll need to set your search parameters in Flagged Service under the Search and Filter Phones window (Manage Numbers > Settings button in Search & Filters input field)
- I attempted to make an export but it failed.
- Ensure that on the right side, you've selected at least one column. If all columns are unselected, this will result in an empty file as no columns can be shown.
