In this article, we take a look into creating new authorizedusers for agents and other managers.

Note: When you authorize a user, they will have full access to change, modify, and delete settings and phone numbers.
To get started, first, head on down to the Settings page in your account. You should see a Authorized Users section like the one shown in this photo (below the first section).
Next, click "Add new user".
Enter the email address you wish to authorize, then click "Add user."
Once you click "Add user", instruct your user to create a Caller ID Reputation account. They will be automatically signed into yours.
Note: Authorized users are prohibited from changing the account name and 2-Factor security settings. You will need to have the Primary user sign in to change these settings.
