Adding passkeys to your Caller ID Reputation account

Replace your password with a highly-secure authentication method that uses biometrics or a security key.

Starting on March 20th, 2024, Caller ID Reputation transitioned to a new, central authentication system. With this new authentication system, we are glad to be introducing passkeys as a login method.

Passkeys are a new way to sign into the apps and websites you know and love, securely. Instead of typing in a password, you can sign in via the same ways you unlock your device such as biometric, PIN, or security key!

Setting up a Passkey

From the device you want to set a passkey on, head to your settings, and click "Manage Account". You will be redirected.

Ensure that you are on the "Security" tab of your account.

Under the "Passkey Login" option, click "Enroll New Passkey". Give it a friendly name so you can remember which device you have the passkey enrolled on. Click "Start Enrollment".

From here, your operating system will take over and ask you how you would like to store your passkey.

You're done! Your account will now use passkey sign in from now on.
